Covid: Caputova, lockdown needed in Slovakia
Country "losing battle against the pandemic"
24 November, 17:17 (ANSA) - BELGRADE, NOV 24 - Slovakia's President Zuzana
Caputova said that Slovakia is losing the battle against the
pandemic and that a lockdown for everybody is needed in the
country, the national news agency Tasr reported today. Caputova
spoke after a visit to a hospital in Bratislava. Caputova
admitted that a lockdown is an unpopular measure, but the
President said it as "absolutely necessary" for one to be
imposed at this time. (ANSA).
