(ANSA) - BELGRADE, MAY 24 - The European Commission has again called the Council of the EU to "adopt the decisions to allow Croatia, as well as Romania and Bulgaria to formally become a part" of the Schengen area. The Commission presented today the 'State of Schengen Report 2022', part of the strategy of reinforcing the Schengen governance. "The report also reminds of the importance of completing the Schengen area" by including Croatia, Romania and Bulgaria and subsequently Cyprus. (ANSA).
