Cosmoprof North America, a key beauty date returns

In LA July 12-14, crucial for exports says Ancorotti

(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 11 - The leading event for the cosmetics industry in the Americas, Cosmoprof North America, returns to Las Vegas from 12 to 14 July.
The 19th edition of the show, which will be held for the first time at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is a key event for the cosmetics industry, in particular for Italian companies, which export more than 40% of their production worldwide (in 2021, the value of Italian cosmetic exports exceeded 4.8 billion euros, up 13.8% compared to 2020).
"After the long-awaited 2022 edition of Cosmoprof Worldwide Bologna, which, following postponements and rescheduling in the last two years, allowed us to meet again last April at the Bologna exhibition centre, we are now confident in looking forward to the restart, in the completeness of their offer, of the international editions of Cosmoprof," said Renato Ancorotti, president of Cosmetica Italia.
"This is an important step to once again express the strength of the Italian cosmetics system and the peculiarities of our cosmetics on foreign markets, appreciated worldwide for their quality, safety, technological innovation and creativity".
A sign of the desire to restart, also through participation in international events of the calibre of Cosmoprof North America, comes first and foremost from companies," he went on.
Almost 80 Italian companies will be present at the fair. Among these, approximately 50 have taken advantage of the collective participation proposed by ITA-Italian Trade Agency, in collaboration with Cosmetica Italia, and implemented through the extraordinary measures to support Italian companies for the Covid-19 emergency: an opportunity, reserved for own-branded or contract finished product companies, also promoted through a digital marketing campaign (ANSA).
