(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 23 - European Commission President Ursula
von der Leyen on Thursday told the EU summit that legal migrant
entries to the EU should be increased citing Italy's
humanitarian corridors as an example, sources said.
Von der Leyen reportedly told the EU leaders she is in favour of
increasing the number of regular entries of workers from third
countries.
She reportedly mentioned and described as positive Italy's
experience with the humanitarian corridors. (ANSA).
