Natanyahu told a press conference after meeting Premier Giorgia
Meloni in Rome Friday that Israel wants to speed gas exports to
Italy.
"We would like to accelerate gas exports to Europe via Italy,"
said the Israeli prime minister, standing beside Meloni.
"Now there is Eni's participation in our project, but we believe
we can take them to an even higher level," he said referring to
the Italian oil and gas giant and a project it has lined up in
Israel. (ANSA).
