(ANSA) - ROME, JAN 26 - A 40-year-old anarchist was convicted
of training himself for terrorism and given a jail term of three
years, 10 months at the end of a fast-track trial in Turin on
Thursday.
Prosecutors had requested a nine-year term for the man, who they
said was preparing attacks on offices of the Intesa Sanpaolo
bank and on a centre for migrants who are set to be repatriated.
The man was also on trial for robberies not linked to his
subversive activities. (ANSA).
