(ANSA) - ROME, MAR 30 - Italy's energy regulator ARERA said
Thursday the electricity prices for Italian households will drop
by 55.3% in the second quarter of this year thanks to a big
reduction in wholesale prices.
It added that, although prices were coming down, they remained
high.
It said the average family's annual electricity bill for the 12
months up to June 2023 will be 1,267 euros, a rise of 33.7% with
respect to the previous year. (ANSA).
