(ANSA) - ROME, FEB 1 - Cult Italo-American film director
Quentin Tarantino is to presented his seminal essay Cinema
Speculation at a Brescia theatre on April 6 as part of events
marking the northern city's spell as Italian culture capital
this year along with its neighbour Bergamo.
The 59-yard-old Oscar winner for Pulp Fiction, Inglorious
Basterds, Django Unchained, The Hateful Eight and Once Uopn A
Time In Hollywood will lead a debate at the Teatro Grande on the
major American films of the 1970s, which he enjoyed as a young
film-goer as Hollywood was going through a revolution.
He will also read an excerpt from his new book on the cinema.
Tickets for this only Italian date on Tarantino's tour go on
sale February 14. (ANSA).
